CollTech PW 1488M is a one-component, solvent-free UV-thermal dual-cure acrylic adhesive, suitable for underfill and edge bonding applications. It features rapid UV curing, thermal curing for shadowed areas, compatibility with solder paste flux, low stress and impact resistance. Compatible with various substrates, it offers a pot life of 48 hours at 25℃, with excellent bonding and electrical properties after curing.
