N-Sil 8516W

CollTech N-SII 8516W is a one-component modified silane-based thermal conductive adhesive, which cures via moisture at room temperature. It features tin-free composition, excellent dispensability, high thermal conductivity (1.6 W/m·K), impact resistance and reworkability. It achieves surface drying within 5–15 minutes at 25℃, and demonstrates good adhesion to uneven surfaces. With a shelf life of 6 months when stored at 10–28℃, it is suitable for thermal conductive bonding applications.
