The HiMelt750 Series is a high-performance thermally conductive phase change material. Its soft property at room temperature ensures excellent reworkability, while its softening temperature of 53℃ enables the product to perform efficiently at the operating temperatures of most electronic devices. Treated with proprietary wetting technology, the material can adhere tightly to the surface of heat sinks and eliminate interfacial thermal resistance.

HiMelt750S is a phase change paste formulated by adding a trace amount of hydrocarbon solvents to HiMelt750. It is suitable for automated processes such as coating or screen printing. After solvent evaporation, it delivers the same performance as HiMelt750.
