HiTIP1000C is a high-temperature resistant thermal insulation material modified with inorganic ceramic fibers, boasting excellent heat resistance and thermal insulation properties. As a ceramic-based material, it can operate continuously at high temperatures and remains non-flammable and non-degradable in short-term thermal runaway environments up to 1300℃. After thermal runaway, it maintains stable electrical resistance, preventing short circuits in electronic components, battery cells, and other devices. The product is flexible and compressible, with an adjustable compression ratio to meet specific requirements.
