Product Details

Core Positioning：A dedicated auxiliary chemical for composite material molding (compression molding/pultrusion/winding/RTM and other processes). It is a functional material that forms an isolation layer between composites and molds to ensure smooth demolding of products with complex structures.
Components：
- Mainstream Types：Silicone-based (strong versatility and excellent demolding performance); Fluorine-based (outstanding high-temperature and chemical resistance, suitable for high-end applications)
- Specialized Types：Wax-based, polyether-based, and auxiliary agents matched with release paper/film (suitable for specific molding processes)
- Auxiliary Components：Film-forming agents, stabilizers, and anti-contamination additives (prevent residues from affecting subsequent processing of products)
Core Principles：A dense, low-surface-energy (≤28 mN/m) isolation film is formed on the mold surface via spraying/brush coating/coating methods. This reduces the adhesion between composite materials (resin + fiber reinforcement) and molds, does not interfere with resin curing reactions, and achieves damage-free demolding.
Typical Applications：Wind turbine blades, aerospace structural components, automotive lightweight parts (carbon fiber/glass fiber reinforced products), fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) products, rail transit composite accessories, sports equipment (carbon fiber rackets/helmets), etc.
