Product Details

Core Positioning：A dedicated auxiliary chemical for the molding of polyurethane materials (foams, elastomers, etc.) via processes such as injection molding, foaming and casting. It is a functional material that forms an isolation layer on the mold surface to enable smooth separation between polyurethane products and molds.
Components：
- Mainstream Types：Silicone-based (excellent demolding performance and strong versatility, compatible with most polyurethane systems); Fluorine-based (outstanding high-temperature and chemical resistance, suitable for high-end precision products)
- Specialized Types：Polyether-based, wax-based, fatty acid ester-based (low residue, suitable for subsequent bonding and coating requirements)
- Auxiliary Components：Film-forming agents, stabilizers, anti-cratering additives (enhance the compactness of the isolation film and avoid affecting product appearance)
Core Principles：Cover the mold surface by means of spraying, brushing or dip coating to form a low-surface-energy (≤25 mN/m) isolation film. This reduces the adhesion between polyurethane resin and molds, does not interfere with polyurethane curing reactions (urethane bond formation), and achieves damage-free and non-sticking demolding.
Typical Applications：Polyurethane foams (sponges, thermal insulation materials); polyurethane elastomers (seals, rubber rollers, shock absorbers); polyurethane shoe soles; automotive interior parts (seats, instrument panels); building thermal insulation boards; medical devices (polyurethane catheters, prosthetics); furniture accessories, etc.
