It is a functional material that forms an isolation layer between molds and molten metals to enable smooth demolding of die-cast parts with complex cavities.

Core Principles：Cover the mold surface via spraying/atomization. At the die-casting temperature of 200–600℃, it forms a heat-resistant, dense, low-surface-energy isolation film, which reduces the adhesion between molten metals and molds. Meanwhile, it absorbs heat and lubricates mold cavities to prevent sticking and scratching, without affecting the subsequent machining or coating performance of castings.
