Product Details

Core Positioning：A functional protective film prepared from nanoscale (10–1000 nm) organic polymer materials. It is an industrial material that adheres to substrate surfaces via coating/deposition processes to deliver precise surface protection.
Components：Based on organic polymer substrates (e.g., fluorocarbon resins, siloxanes, PTFE, polyurethanes, etc.), with the incorporation of nanoscale functional additives (e.g., antifouling agents, wear-resistant particles, anticorrosive agents).
Core Principles：Leveraging molecular-level film-forming technology, it forms a dense and uniform film on substrate surfaces. By virtue of the low surface energy and chemical stability of organic materials, combined with the physical barrier properties of the nanostructure, the film blocks the erosion of substrates by water, oil stains, corrosive media, ultraviolet rays, etc. Meanwhile, it integrates multiple functions including wear resistance, scratch resistance, hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.

Core Differences (vs. Traditional Protective Coatings)：The nanoscale thickness ensures superior thinness and lightness; the film formation is denser with higher protection precision; the organic material has excellent compatibility (no damage to substrates). In contrast, traditional coatings are mostly micron-scale, characterized by high rigidity and potential adverse effects on substrate appearance.
