Nanocoating Organic Hydrophobic Films are nanoscale (10–1000 nm) organic polymer films focusing on hydrophobic functionality. They achieve a superhydrophobic effect with a water contact angle ≥110° through the design of low-surface-energy materials and micro-nano structures (the lotus leaf effect). Featuring easy-cleaning, water and stain resistance, ultra-thinness and strong adhesion, these films are widely used to meet surface water and stain resistance requirements in fields such as electronics, automotive, industrial equipment and home appliances.
