Functional Inorganic Film
Nanocoating Functional Inorganic Films are 10–1000 nm-thick films fabricated from inorganic materials such as SiO₂. Deposited onto substrate surfaces, they form a dense protective layer, boasting advantages including high temperature resistance, high hardness, corrosion resistance, environmental friendliness and long service life. These films are suitable for substrate protection and functional modification in industrial fields such as semiconductors as well as extreme working environments.
