Core Structure

Hollow tubular main body (made of PP/PE) + built-in helical/interleaved mixing blades (for splitting and agitating adhesives). Standard interfaces are provided at both ends, which are compatible with the dispensing outlets of two-component cartridges and dispensing needles.

Core Working Principle

After Agent A and Agent B are extruded synchronously from the dual-chamber cartridge, they are repeatedly split, folded and recombined as they flow through the mixing blades, achieving uniform mixing without dead corners. The mixing ratio matches the preset ratio of the cartridge (e.g., 1:1, 2:1).
