Acrylic adhesives are based on acrylate/methacrylate as raw materials and cure via free radical polymerization initiated by various methods, covering types such as SGA , anaerobic adhesives, UV-curable types, CA, and modified variants. They combine the advantages of rapid curing and high strength, exhibit resistance to mild oil contamination, and feature high peel/impact strength. It should be noted that they usually have an irritating odor, and UV-curable types rely on light-transmitting materials.
