Modified silane adhesives/sealants are based on silyl-terminated polyether (STP). The main-chain polyether imparts flexibility, strength, and paintability, while the terminal silane groups ensure adhesion, weather resistance, and moisture curing capability. They offer advantages of being pollution-free, low-VOC, and environmentally friendly, compatible with multiple substrates, weather-resistant and paintable, as well as combining stress resistance and elasticity. These products can alleviate sealant damage caused by the shrinkage of building substrates.
