Advantages of MS Adhesives/Sealants

Pollution-Free: Traditional silicone sealants exude silicone oil, which attracts contaminants. In contrast, modified silane adhesives fundamentally avoid such defects and do not cause similar pollution.

Healthy & Environmentally Friendly: MS adhesives can be completely free of organic solvents, with extremely low Total Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). They have a much milder odor compared to silicone products and are free of formaldehyde, triphenyls (benzene, toluene, xylene), and other harmful substances.

Broad Bonding Range: Exhibits good adhesion to substrates, especially porous materials such as concrete. It forms strong bonds with metals, plastics, stone, wood, and other materials.

Excellent Weather Resistance: Its weather resistance falls between silicone adhesives and polyurethane sealants, effectively inhibiting and preventing surface cracks in sealants after long-term use.

Paintability: Ordinary silicone sealants cannot be painted or colored; their color can only be customized according to user needs. In contrast, silane-modified polyether adhesives can be painted and colored, offering good paintability.

Stress Relaxation: Building substrates shrink over time, leading to gradual joint expansion, sealant cracking, and adhesive interface damage. MS sealants combine stress resistance and elasticity, minimizing the impact of building substrate shrinkage.

Application Scenarios
