LOCTITE ECCOBOND EO1016

LOCTITE ECCOBOND EO1016 is a one-component epoxy potting adhesive, featuring excellent storage stability and fast curing characteristics. It is suitable for the potting of semiconductors such as integrated circuits and transistors (including watch ICs). After curing, it can withstand temperatures up to 177°C and exhibits outstanding thermal shock resistance, while complying with the UL 94 V-0 flame retardant rating.

Instructions for Use

Thoroughly stir the product before each use.
Heat the product to 32–43°C to reduce viscosity, facilitating mixing and potting operations.

Material removed during use may be contaminated. Do not pour it back into the original container.
