Instructions for Use

1. Substrates must be clean and free of contaminants (e.g., paint, oxide film, oil, dust, etc.).

2. Dual-cartridge packaging: Load the cartridge into the dispensing equipment, gently press the piston to ensure uniform extrusion of resin and hardener, then attach the static mixing nozzle before dispensing.

3. Bulk packaging: Mix the two components in the specified ratio, and stir for approximately 15 seconds until a uniform color is achieved.

4. Do not mix more than 4kg of adhesive at a time to prevent heat accumulation.

5. Dispense the mixed adhesive as soon as possible. For maximum bonding strength, double-sided application is recommended, and assemble the parts immediately after mixing.

6. Secure the assembled components for 24 hours and allow the adhesive to fully cure before applying any load.

7. Uncured adhesive can be wiped off with organic solvents such as acetone; for cleaning dispensing equipment after the adhesive has cured, use hot soapy water.

Storage Conditions

• Optimal storage temperature: 8–21°C. Temperatures below 8°C or above 28°C will adversely affect product performance.
• Do not pour any removed material back into the original container to avoid contamination.
