Instructions for Use

1. LOCTITE ABLESTIK 563K adhesive film is carrier-free.
2. Handle with care when in a frozen state to avoid stretching or bending.
3. During operation, it is recommended to keep at least one release liner on the film for ease of handling.
4. Preheat the surfaces to be bonded to approximately 45°C.
5. Peel off the release liner from one side of the adhesive film.
6. Apply the film to one of the bonding surfaces.
7. Press the surface gently to expel trapped air.
8. Allow the component to cool down to room temperature.
9. Peel off the release liner from the other side of the film and attach the other bonding component.
10. Apply a fixture during the curing process to ensure a continuous pressure of not less than 1 psi (pound per square inch).
11. Place the assembly in a preheated oven and cure according to the recommended curing process.

Storage Conditions

• LOCTITE ABLESTIK film products can be stored for up to 1 year at -40°C.
  

• Avoid bending the film when it is in a frozen state.
