Instructions for Use

1. No surface treatment is required for the assembled board before coating. However, cleaning the board to remove dirt, dust, salt and oil stains can improve adhesion and reliability.
2. This product can be successfully applied via dipping, brushing, flow coating and other methods.
3. The final coating thickness is affected by the board size, component geometry and coating method.
4. Dipping Operation: A typical coating thickness can be achieved by lifting at a rate of 5 inches per minute and letting it stand for 3 minutes after lifting. The coating thickness is also affected by the waiting time before coating.
5. Spraying Operation: The spraying of solvent-free conformal coating is affected by factors such as board size and component density. It is recommended to adopt a low-pressure process, with the spray gun about 2–3 inches away from the assembled board to form a fine spray.
6. Equipment parameters such as nozzle design, orientation and number of spraying passes will affect the final coating thickness.

Storage Conditions

• Optimal Storage Conditions: Store at 25°C, protected from light and heat.
• Material removed from the container may be contaminated. Do not pour it back into the original container.
